School Development Plan
The Oatlands School Development Plan is our strategic plan for continuous improvement across all areas of the school.
To develop our plan the Oatlands School Community comes together each June to analyse the previous year’s performance. We dive into all areas of the curriculum, look at the success of our pastoral initiatives and safeguarding processes and discuss where, across all aspects of school life, we could have done something differently for a better outcome. From this analysis, we plan new initiatives and processes and decide on our priorities for the coming year. It is the template for everything we do in school and gives us all clear objectives to work towards, in line with our values, in order to ensure excellent outcomes for our children.
