NB: After school clubs are run exclusively for children at Oatlands School, weekdays from 3pm - 4pm during term time. Should you be interested in offering an after-school club to Oatlands children, please contact the office to check our current offering and availability. |

Admin costs will be dependent on a number of factors including length/lateness of booking and facilities required and will be discussed/agreed prior to the booking being finalised. |

NB: Rooms (other than the hall) can be booked during school hours for external professionals to meet/work with children and their families. NB: Our School Field and/or Playground are available for hire however users of these areas will not have access to toilet facilities. * Public Liability Insurance. All those hiring space in Oatlands School must have Public Liability Insurance (PLI). If you do not have your own PLI, cover can be arranged under the School's policy for an additional fee of 15% of your total booking cost (minimum £5) |
